Job Description / Responsibility

• To site survey, collect data for design making, prepare master budget & supervise all project such as (mobilization, estimating, working schedule preparing, materials arrangement and site supervision).
• Supervision and execution of interior decoration work as per architectural views, plan and details major project involved.
• Ensuring the quality of the project and reporting respective seniors.
• Taking field/site measurement and prepare bill of quotation.
• Controlling supervisor, contractor's and labor's.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Those who have the working experience in Interior related works at abroad will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Operator (CADD), Project Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 25 to 30 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Must be a Motor Cycle licence holder & willing to ride Motor Cycle.
• Computer knowledge is must (Auto CAD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop Email, Internet, MS Word & Excel, etc.)
• Ability to organize the task to meet the company standard
• Must be able to work in a team and self-motivated
• Good knowledge in interior related works.
• Must be smart & energetic.
