Job Description / Responsibility

• Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment.
• To take responsibility of all kind of production as per schedule, to make sure of proper packing with prod.tag etc.
• To maintain prod/wastage statements, including delivery to store as finish goods.
• To make sure proper way of loading of FG as well unloading of any RM(time to time)
• To ensure maintenance of all m/c. including its schedule like oiling, greasing, change parts etc .including make SPR and to check spare stock weekly.
• Work distribution of operators/helpers according to prod. Schedule required and to control of their movements by staying at production floor.
• To keep record of all prod., maintenance related work as log book/register of all machine such as Injection, Blow and closure/Sacmi with auxiliary m/c. daily .and must take sign from concern authority.(Engg./GM)
• Must keep all machineries in RUNNING condition.
• May also work according to requirement of Engg./GM if required.
• To maintain delivery schedule with delivery persons including issue of delivery challan if necessary.
• Any other activities as and when required by the management.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from any reputed institution.

Additional Job Requirements

• Age At most 30 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Well knowledge in modern technology/machinery.
• Should be self-motivated.
• Mentality to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
